Bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or social media channels.

3. Payments

We are only collecting payments in cash currently.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), The Tale of Faces reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking with full communication and refund of any deposits paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time and with a clean face (unless otherwise discussed).
Please notify in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the application of makeup products.
The Tale of Faces is not liable for any reactions that occur if such information is not disclosed before the service.

6. Use of Photos

With your consent, photos or videos taken during or after your session may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media.
If you prefer not to have your image shared, please inform us in advance.
