At The Tale of Faces by Reshma, we strive to provide exceptional makeup services to all of our clients. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our refund policy below to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, and other service-related concerns.

1. Payment Method
  • Payment for services is collected in cash on the day of the appointment.

2. Service-Related Refunds
  • If you are not satisfied with your makeup service, please let us know immediately. We will make every effort to address your concerns and correct any issues during your session or offer a follow-up appointment if possible.

  • If we are unable to resolve any issues on the spot, we will consider a partial or full refund depending on the situation. Refunds will only be provided on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of The Tale of Faces by Reshma.

3. Cancellations by The Tale of Faces by Reshma
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), you will be offered the option to reschedule your service or receive a full refund if a reschedule is not possible.

4. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened, and the full charge will still apply.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
